1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely, including all original accessories, and include the RA number on the packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
